like the flowing river

be like the flowing river.
silent in the night.
be not afraid of the dark.
if there are stars in the sky,
reflect them back.
if there are clouds in the sky,
remember, clouds, like the river, are water.
so, gladly reflect them too,
in your own tranquil depths.

keep it cool

do not fight fire with fire - fight with water, instead.


they can be on fire. but you must not be on fire to fight them.
instead, you must be the water to wipe them out.

your heart should burn. but your head must not be burned - keep it cool.
there's no such a good mind comes up from a burned head.
